Lovely environmnet for a great company

Sometimes it's not worth the effort

"you get to work in the sun on the water" -management

All the higher employees are just bar buddies providing little room for growth within the company. you will go home with your arms smelling like pee because the company provides wetsuits that the dock staff have to wash. any and all advice to not only improve the way the buisness functioned but increase efficiency fell on deaf ears. nobody was interested in improving procedures because that's "the way we've always done it".
