Schedule changes Parents require a lot of attention

You get to meet some lovely students, many of them extremely eager to learn.

They make you work way more hours than they'll pay you for. If a student cancels last minute, and you have an hour between students, you have to sit there for free. If a student is 15 minutes late, you still have to tutor them for a full hour and do not get paid for your time. I've been scheduled with 2 hours in between students, and had to just sit there. They also expect you to do way more work on your own time. You have to write 2 reports for a 1 hour session every week. When I was leaving, they asked me to write an additional report on each student, DIFFERENT than the daily and weekly reports. This would have taken hours, and they did not offer to pay. I was a student here once, and absolutely loved it. When I came back and saw the true side of the owner, I was shocked. Do not work here.
