They expect you to sign your life away, favoritism, they expect you to go against your ethics and send out poor quality repairs to customers. I was lied to about reviews/raises. I worked there for a year and a half and had 1 review, which is supposed to be every 4 months. Don't get paid enough to deal with all of the issues. You figure since they are family owned and operated that they wouldn't suck the life out of you. No room for advancement.
