Pros
quickly hired (red flag) and paid training (albeit limited and computer based)
Cons
Toxic coworkers and management, training was minimal for the scope and scale of the role. The computer training that lasted a day was generic and it did not easily translate to the store floor. When I was put on the store floor I shadowed someone for 1/2 a day and was then sent out on my own. A sort of "trial by fire". Which I could have worked with if the department manager hadn't pulled me aside not even one week into the role to be scold me for having subpar performance numbers. In order to be as efficient as they desire you have to memorize the layout of the store and where each category is placed, which is possible, just not within that short of a time frame with the limited amount of training or support they give you. Coworkers are a revolving door, they were constantly hiring people to make up for the people that were quitting. Some of the other employees were nice but some were constantly trying to pawn off their work onto you or continuing to pick up orders instead of processing pickups to help boos their metrics. Easily the worst employer and work environment I have ever been a part of. This company is rotten all the way around.
