The work itself was good, and some of the employees are decent people
Cons
Overworked, asked to do things that are never your job to do, graded on performance based on tasks that are not within your roles. Expected to work overtime all whilst higher management take holiday after holiday, and take advantage of everyone else. No communication between customers or employees. Dismissal without forewarning, quiet firing is very much a thing, absolutely no effort to try and rectify anything. All run by the ego of higher management.
