      Pros

      It's usually easy to find something to complain about, but I find it difficult to do with JTV. 5 stars in every aspect of the company. Great pay, great people, great worth ethics.

      Cons

      Not a complaint, but working a rotating schedule can be both tricky and rewarding.

      People are able to comiserate

      There is a lot of conflicting info from upper management. We aren't actually told what is going on, and the target for success moves. People aren't given the tools they need to succeed, and everyone is pretty miserable. The pay is also unliveable
