Open door policy: Upper management is always available and willing to listen regardless of your job title Room to grow professionally: I started as administrator/clerk and worked my way up to a supervisory role, as long as you are a true talent there's always room to move up since the company is still expanding. Community: Everyone (from CEO to warehouse staff) is friendly and supportive.

The field I was in (supply chain) has been chaotic the past 12-18 months so you must be a creative thinker and react fast in order to get work done, which can be really stressful. However the situation has GREATLY improved since May and I can see the supply chain crisis behind us in the 2nd half of 2022 (speaking from 1st hand experience)
