Pros

Benefits are the best thing they have going.

Cons

You will be manipulated. The leadership will promise things they blatantly disregard, despite paper trails, and must be pursued legally (they usually settle because they are wrong). They will try to run you out of the organization and will collectively shun you when you leave. I never thought it would happen to me despite watching it happen to others but then it did. They are culturally divisive among Jews and Christians. Most people will never be fully funded. The organization is run like a cult. You've been warned.
