Dirty, loud, and old school environment to work in

A German owned company locally run by employees that grew roots in that location at a young age, most not even having any theoretically schooling. This was primarily due to the fact that it was started by a single individual with an idea and he hit big with success of his product. But this individual had little to no understanding of how bad things were run at Jif-Pak.
