Hands on work, full time hours, schedule is fairly consistant, uniform provided & cleaned, Good management
Cons
Really push you to sell services/products that are some times not needed or unneccesary, records everything that happens at the shop- (they can/do listen to your converstaion with co-workers), Wages could be better.
