Jigsaw is a smaller ABA company but they are growing!

Jigsaw is a rewarding place to work at. The BCBAs all respond in a timely manner and can always be contacted, and are super helpful with any questions you have for clients. The staff working behind the scenes are also very helpful-any scheduling changes or concerns with documentation and certifications are taken care of within the same day or next day. The support from everyone on the Jigsaw team is truly unbelievable. They are constantly teaching you ways to be better, but in a very helpful way, and always reinforcing your hard work. They are accommodating and understanding and make it a point to make you feel valued as an employee. They provided training and when you’re assigned new clients they explain to you what to expect. You have a set schedule and they try to help fill gaps if you have cancellations.

If you’re a social person that needs co workers to work with you, there aren’t many opportunities for bonding time with co workers, besides monthly supervision (>5%) and monthly team meetings, and occasional outings. But as an RBT you’re working solo a lot.
