Pros

Great people + once had a great culture too. When I joined we had a clear focus and management that cared about the people that worked for them. The founders were awesome and it was such a sad time for the team when they stepped down from running the day-to-day business

Cons

Under new management things just got worse - no clear direction, redundancies so team pressure, blame culture when no money was being made, low new business sales... so strategy was not thought through and they were guessing! which ultimately meant we lost our market fit due to flimsy lead gen tactics and money saving efforts.

Pros

The founding team comes from a background of successful startups so they know how to grow and scale out the team. As an added plus they really trust each employee and empower them to bring about change and contribute to the company's goals. Having come from companies that focused on employee engagement Jiminny's leaders ensure the team is compensated and treated well.

Cons

As with any startup your building something that requires a little elbow grease. So don't be afraid to get in and roll your sleeves up!
