      Pros

      You might meet some fun people and lifelong friends, pay is weekly which is nice. Some of the upper management are very nice people.

      Cons

      If you work here you will always be on call and nothing you do will ever be enough to satisfy them. They will tell you all the time that you are easily replaced and hold a monthly bonus in front of you as incentive that you can never actually obtain.

      Employee discount for sandwiches is a gem. But maybe that’s just because I love me some Jimmy John’s

      Pros

      It was a nice, friendly environment with good coworkers. Being the delivery driver and having some autonomy + the ability to leave the shop was pretty nice as well.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't great, and it puts a lot of stress on your car. Also, work environments can vary from place to place, so I wouldn't expect every single Jimmy John's to have as great staff as mine did.
