Pros
-If your a newly grad it might be a good place to get exposure. -You will learn how NOT to run a company. -Camaraderie with other employees with regards to the incompetence of management. -Free bagels one morning a week and a happy hour maybe every few months. -If you need a job desperately this would be a good place to hold you over for a bit and gain some experience.
Cons
-Incompetent and egotistical management that intends on micromanaging employees because that is the only way they know how to do it. -No remote No flex schedules and frequent morning meetings that accomplish nothing. -No tools for you to do your job properly because company does not want to spend the money. -Directors playing politics with staff. -Management is either aloof or micromanaging, no vision or long term strategy to inspire employees. -No training or workforce education budget whatsoever. -You are considered "the help", not apart of anything long term with the company. -Internal promotion is non-existent. A revolving door with disgruntled employees leaving. -Company culture consists of complaining about management.
