Pros

Everyone is very friendly and work is not that hard

Cons

There is absolutely no structure. You are on your own the entire time and will be blamed for things that are out of your control as management doesn't have your best interests at heart. If you don't come in and close immediately, you will be let go regardless of anything. An extremely toxic environment, and very high turnover rate.

Warning don’t work for this company they are terrible especially when you tell them you have disabilities they are terrible they will pause your account until you get a signed accommodation letter from your doctor and when they get your accommodation letter they will wipe your entire account no matter if you had the highest pay rate they will start you from scratch all the way to the beginning and they will not give you your money for referrals when they are supposed to you will never get it and they consumer service is terrible and there’s no consistent work on this app and the costumer service is awful and ever since they switched over management this company has gone down hill and they don’t care about your feelings they only care about the clients thoughts and feelings and feedback and you can go all the way to a shift and not know where you’re going and some of the shifts require QR code to clock in and out and you have to track down the managers and if they are not there you are done I recommend don’t join this company!!
