Pros
- Fast pace with huge space to learn new things - Great colleagues and teammates. They always try their best to help (the tiniest thing like email drafting) - Flexible working hours: everyone is trusted to be competent and responsible for their work - Casual work culture: everyone is nice and there is no office politics or "bureaucracy"
Cons
- Business grows relatively fast and often short in hands. that could be a good thing if you like to shoulder more responsibilities and become more capable!
