      Clients are amazing. Great purpose.

      Cons

      Management leaves a lot to be desired. More worried about the bottom line than client needs. Staff needs are ignored. Funding is declining.

      Pros

      Great Leadership, Goal Oriented, Great Pay, Opportunities to Grow. Team Approach. Giving back to the community and serving neuro-diverse individuals to help grow their lives with employment. Getting to know; and encouraged to know; more people in the community.

      Cons

      Teams are spread out across the city and its hard to connect with all the company because of it. Zoom has helped with this as well as some efforts to have all staff breakfasts.
