A Lot of Noise and Unfair EOIs/Running like it's their back garden - Team Leader Jobcentre Plus Employee Review

Management! From top to the bottom, all aware what they are doing behind the scenes. They cover for each other and pick their favourites to progress. To the point, they overlook their own deputies and ask a 3rd person who they get on well to step up. They get their statements written by their friends. I worked as a Team Leader with them but couldn't do what they were doing so I was isolated. Team Leaders, (Apparently), LT, SE and others. They know what they are doing! They even advertised EOI role even though they knew who was already getting it.
