The aim to support employers to hire more people from disadvantaged backgrounds is extremely valuable. Big name employers such as Tennis Australia, T2 and Melbourne Comedy Festival are on board and learning to support people with difficulty accessing employment.
Cons
The space is complicated and crowded and more work is needed to land goals.
