      Pros

      Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

      Cons

      Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).

      -Compensation is not great, and there’s no room for it to increase over time either.

      jobsity today is nothing like Jobsity used to be.

      You are on your own, a lot of people were layoff this years and they just notice you the same day or a week before.
