Good environment, but there is still politics. It is highly frowned to be working after 5, so hard stop. The pantry, the office, and location is great. Workload is great and you get to learn from people. You can ask people to mentor you and they would happily do so.
Everything starting from management: inconsistent and ever changing kpis, prioritizing positive framing and self branding over actual "bad" results, overcommitting and in turn micromanaging without actually thinking of solutions, and lastly, the politics keeping an underperforming and incompetent leader still employed
