Poor management - Software Engineer Jocata Employee Review

1) CTO got biased.She can only see 4 people. 2) Few product managers can only talk ,they never try to put on paper. 3) Restricted environment , People always try to act soo much to impress their management. 4) You need to pay from your pocket even for health insurance. 5) All HR policies are for the sake of management. 6) No complimentary off on weekends work. I don't think this company is suitable for experienced​ people,who are soo ambitious about technology. If you just need salary you can go.
