Gratifying. Interactive. Fun. Consistent. Boots on the ground leadership role. Great location, great environment for high level tips as bartender.

Can be overwhelming without a plan and pre-shift meetings. When at peak volume, if staff is not trained properly, the need for hands on activity is a MUST. With the location being at the Oceanside Harbor, the spring to summer months can (if not properly prepared) get overwhelming.

Lovely people, easy work, fun restaurant environment!
