Pros
Big enough place to have a lot of benefits, programs and opportunities.
Cons
Very silo'd organization, each department only cares about their own KPIs, not what is best for overall bottom line. IT is terrible, conference room displays aren't compatible with issued laptops. Network is very laggy, trying to roll out new tech with old infrastructure.
