      The open door policy was one of the best assets of the company. The take the time to hear the employee out and they care about there employees professional life and personal life.

      Cons

      The pay scale was very low in comparison to other companies in the industry. Also the benefits were not up to pare.

      Weekly pay & a lot of overtime making mandatory to be there for 6 or 7 days a week

      Cons

      It is never enough dont matter what you do. You have to do 2 or 3 people's job
