Pros
Good place to get your start, they will hire with little to no experience. Of course, the pay isn't great but you can get the experience you need to move on to a higher paying job with some growth potential.
Cons
No future here. They talk about growth but I have been here 5 years and seen no growth for employees or managers for matter. The only growth you will see is when the new, young Johnson's come on. Then you can become a VP with no experience. They talk about promoting from within but that is just for family. They keep good employees for 2 to 5 years then they move on.
