Line Manager - no support at all from them directly only spent three joint visit days in 13 months in company to support someone from outside the industry with zero knowledge, team meetings were completely un motivational not one was left feeling inspired spent hours going through other colleagues pipelines pointless task that only supported the manager with their knowledge of where people where this would have been more constructive in a one to one - feedback non existent until final two months where micro management began to be implemented up until point of termination I was made to believe I was going to be supported to achieve numbers - my first team meeting it was openly discussed about another colleague’s dismissal with other departments from HO in the room very unprofessional. One to ones none consistent with no development plans or interest around where you would like to grow within the business.
