Terrible communication - the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Every person on the leadership team had their own answer to the same problem—lots of broken promises. Keep to your word, and don't continue to change your mind every five minutes. Know your role and your swim lane, yet know how to collaborate. Lots of bashing of other people in the company and other leaders. A really unhealthy culture.
