      Pros

      Competent, kind, funny, ambitious colleagues Actually making a change for our users (patients) Dynamic work environment - it's never boring! Lots of trust in individual employees, in general

      Cons

      Not a lot of perks, except flexible working hours and ok wellness contribution which could be higher. Sometimes quite stressful work environment - things change fast, and there is rapid growth which can be painful at times.

      Pros

      Flexible place to work with a good company culture. Employees are fantastic, leadership cares, and they really do their best to create an inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Not much room for professional growth. Poor planning by leadership resulting in laying off multiple very talented employees across the company.
