3wThank you for your feedback - it's great to hear you have an amazing team and access to lots of training along with experiencing family friendly and understanding management. Thanks for your other comments, we're glad things have improved in the last 1-2 years (we're trying!). We do take action from suggestions raised in our listening groups and our senior team is very receptive to feedback to make things better for our colleagues, customers and their pets.
Re the heating / air con situation, our property team are reviewing our protocols for that ahead of the summer months so any plans will be communicated to colleagues accordingly. In the meantime, we do provide free uniform, layered for different temperatures, polo shirts for warmer weather (with the option to swap your usual trousers for tailored shorts if you prefer during summer months), sweatshirts and a jacket for colder weather so hopefully this gives colleagues a range of options to suit their temperature preferences, but we're open to feedback so if you have any suggestions do get in touch at people@jollyes.com.
