No pros, the owner is a straight up way to into himself! Curses employees out, definitely had anger issues. Second in command the son can't operate a tool to save his life. Book smart not common sense smart

Left doesn't know what the right is doing. You get yelled at for the higher ups mistakes. Complete crap show, finally nailed by OSHA!
