Absolutely no pros at all

Cons

The vibe in this company is very negative and unfriendly. Management exhibited very passive-aggressive behavior on a daily basis which made for a very uncomfortable work atmosphere. The training was terrible and done in an unprofessional manner. Managements desire to micromanage every conversation you have both on and off the phone is beyond insanity. The company severely lacks integrity and encourages their employees to be dishonest to customers. The building is infested with rodents so do not expect to work in a healthy or safe atmosphere if you have allergies. Mouse droppings were everywhere. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working at, do yourself a HUGE favor and do not accept a job working here.

It’s the smallest of details that customers notice and will want to come back for more”. Our sixth core value is to “Build a Happy Team and Family Spirit. We often spend more time with each other than we do with our families. We encourage a warm and friendly atmosphere. Work together, play together…we are family!”. Our seventh core value is “Pursue Growth and Learning. We will not stop our efforts to be educated and share our experiences for the benefit of others. We will encourage our team to grow both personally and professionally and help them unlock and utilize their full potential”. Our core values are intended to ensure that we are not only the provider of choice for residential heating, cooling, plumbing and electric; repair, maintenance and installation services but that we are also the employer of choice in our industry as well. I accept your advice to look at ourselves. All employees now have quarterly meetings with their direct report as we all as a separate meeting with our Recruiting and Retention Manager. We realize that we already have the best employees in our industry working for us and that we stand by our commitments to keep our team happy and that we support each team members personal development and growth goals. Pros

I definitely do not have anything good to say about this company.

Cons

They are cons. No longer a family owned business that pours hundreds of thousands of dollars into online advertising. They promote top notch software and equipment at hiring which is does not happen. The vehicles provided are poorly maintained and poorly stocked. Management have weekly meetings about unethical procedures and revenue competitions that do not get honored. You are required to work hours unpaid and with constant pressure of unethical sales and phone calls.
