      Pros

      Good work environment (co-workers, management). Great accounting experience with a variety of clients (SEC, GOV, NPO, Non-public, etc.)

      Cons

      Long hours and a lot of travel... just like any CPA firm. Poor health insurance.

      Great opportunity to work with complex issues but still small enough to know everyone you work with and your clients.

      Cons

      Do have a lot of work to get done and a short time to do it, although very flexible where can be.

      Great environment for an entry level position. Lots of mentoring and training.

      Cons

      Small teams so sometimes it’s very slow and other times very very busy.
