Pros

JOON is a really special place to work. It’s easy to get behind what the company stands for - the mission is meaningful, relevant, and something you genuinely feel connected to in the day-to-day work. The co-founders/CEO are incredibly supportive and approachable. They actively listen to ideas and are always looking for ways to improve both the already incredible product and the employee experience. There’s a strong sense that leadership truly cares about their people, which makes a big difference. The culture is very collaborative. People step in to help each other, and there’s a real team mentality when it comes to getting things done. At the same time, there’s a clear emphasis on work/life balance, which is respected and encouraged across the company. The benefits package is great and the company is constantly thinking about innovative ways to support employees both professionally and personally. AND it's fully remote, which is such a huge perk, especially now that many companies are returning to office. Overall, it’s a great environment for someone who wants to do meaningful work, be part of a supportive team, and contribute to a company that’s continuing to grow and evolve.
