My time at Jowat Manufacturing SEA was a valuable phase in my career. The company gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and to implement meaningful process improvements. I was entrusted with decision-making authority in several operational areas, which allowed me to strengthen my leadership and problem-solving skills.
Cons
However, there were times when senior management’s direct intervention in operational matters created some challenges and led to an unpleasant working experience. Despite that, it taught me the importance of clear boundaries, communication, and leadership alignment in a manufacturing environment.
