Pros
Customers were (mostly) nice Sundays and major holidays off Off by 6pm (Limited) free drycleaning for employees Alteration people were fast and honest
Cons
Ugly uniforms Management 'promotes' you, which means more work but refuses to raise pay Expects too much from one person on busy days Forced to listen to their music which customers complained about Plays favorites and can't keep a solid employee base Locations in shady neighborhoods Closed down a store because they live outside their means They expect everyone to converse by email Say that their solution doesn't smell, but it does Talk badly about customers and employees behind their backs Management and office staff would take 2+ hours for lunch (only working a 6 hour day) while front desk had 30 minutes (working 9+ hours) Rats running around in the backroom in the Fair Oaks store Bullet holes in windows in both stores Taught to lie to customers about total cost of items and charge people for stupid things
