Pros

-The CSR team was particularly pleasant to work with, especially the customer service representative and production managers. -Surrounding staff were friendly and supportive. -The break area was spacious and comfortable.

Cons

-Egotistical ownership -Unrealistic goals and unclear expectations that shifted constantly and widely. -Lack of respect from upper management towards team members. -The team was consistently understaffed.

Pros

Not so bad for a job straight out of college or if you only have an associate degree. Friendly coworkers Solid work/life balance

Cons

Pay is a little less than industry standards Lack of opportunities to grow. They promise opportunities will come in time but who knows when that will be. Complicated system that keeps getting more complicated despite promises to the contrary and therefore results in micromanagement. High turnover. They promise a new website but who knows when it'll be here.
