Pros

This is a young, fast-growing company with a lot of momentum and energy. The CEO is very passionate about the company and what we are building, which makes the work feel meaningful. The environment is fast-paced and innovative, so there is always something new to work on and improve. Everyone on the team is friendly, supportive, and driven, and people genuinely care about doing good work and helping each other succeed.

Cons

This is not really a con, but since the company is fully remote, it can take some time to get to know everyone and understand what each person does. Without being in the same physical space, you miss some of that in-person team culture at first. That said, the team still makes an effort to stay connected and collaborate, and it gets easier over time.

Pros

- Fun, competitive environment that helps you develop resilience quickly. - Frequent exposure to high-pressure situations that build character and confidence. - Bosses can be approachable, with a sense of humor, and sales roles have strong income potential.

Cons

- Team dynamics feel distant; employees tend to keep each other at arm’s length. - Firings can feel random and unpredictable. - There is a notable disconnect between management and employees, largely due to an age and culture gap between older leadership and a much younger workforce. - Leadership’s outdated philosophies and sense of humor sometimes feel out of place and create a tense environment. - Employees often feel like they’re walking on eggshells. - Cliques, gossip, and workplace drama contribute to a challenging team atmosphere. - Lack of transparency around layoffs and decision-making undermines trust. - Emphasis on hiring low-cost labor hurts morale. - Management’s treatment of overseas employees can feel outdated and uncomfortable, with interactions that sometimes come across as biased or disrespectful.
