Pros
I only have really positive things to say about both the leadership and the technology at Jumptech. The team all gel really well and have a great relationship. As it's a start-up there is a fun environment and can be creative with the work. You are actively encouraged to be both creative and productive. The company are very flexible around peoples' lives. There is a strong infrastructure in place (from a technology perspective) It's a really nice environment with lots of idea sharing and collaboration.
Cons
It would be good to get the team together more frequently although this has been due to global circumstances more than the business. We are very busy and need to grow the Engineering team and bring in more specialists in certain areas like UI.
