      Bad work culture depending on the hotel you are based in, No overtime/hard to get time back No sick pay

      the team members were nice and friendly

      Cons

      Management including supervisors liked to micromanage and bully some of the staff. Would even go as far as checking your responses to emails. Worst employer!
