Pros
Benefits: Generous time off (PTO, holidays, birthday); employee's benefits are paid; home office setup, equipment provided is high end. Environment: Thoughts and opinions are valued. The goal is to grow and all ideas are welcomed at all levels of the company. Executive leadership keeps everyone updated through weekly interactions. While having a successful company is the ultimate goal, emphasis is placed on making sure the team is cohesive and working together toward a common goal. Professional: Employees are expected to complete assigned work, as with any other company. Autonomy is given to complete work as the virtual environment is fully embraced. As noted above, ideas to improve the company are encouraged and considered.
