hard to win the incentives, the bonus's are hard to get if the company dont want to win certain business so beyond your control sometimes. Colleagues who appear to do the bare minimum seem to get insane bonuses as theirs arent adjusted, however some sections are adjusted so you lose a large chunk of your bonus. the company dont seem to really care about whether or not you rely on the bonus. they make substantial changes and just expect you to comply. i was told if i 'didnt like the increase in office attendance required' i could 'always find somewhere else to work' which was a bit disheartening
