Pros
The overall business model is very good with lots of potential. For the size of the company the benefits are very good. If you can manage your way around how things are run, are able to take initiative and get things done on your own and are able to create great client relations you can make good money. Co workers are as helpful as they can be, it may seem as they are uncooperative but that is due to the inconsistency of management (see Con's). Diverse client base and product offerings is good for learning many things. Easy to get time off with proper planning. Free lunch once a week.
Cons
Poor cash flow management, when money is tight management is emotional and can be very difficult to deal with. Management is inconsistent on how things get handled. What was done last week for a certain circumstance may not be the right thing to do next week. To many times I've been talked down to in a condescending manner, belittled or yelled at for something I've done, said or suggested. In my personal circumstance I was promised financial related things that were never delivered on more than one occasion.
