Pros
Very small company with a customer listing that keeps on growing. The 2 internal Sales reps are highly knowledgeable and experienced within industrial valve and fittings sector. The owner is a very family oriented person and yet he is also dedicated to his business and his employee's.
Cons
The owner lives on the other side of the country, and relies heavily on the internet to help run his business. Unfortunately this can lead to misunderstanding and delayed orders, deliveries and very upset customer's.
