The work is very physical, you are overworked and under paid, they make you work above your pay grade and tease promotions but never pull through, management ups production that is near impossible to do since we are understaffed and don't have room in the store, the store is too small for our production so the Frontline and kitchen are constantly fighting for space, the freezer is a death trap with there being a ramp to enter the freezer and the floor is constantly covered with ice build up and rarely ever gets defrosted, the management is constantly changing so you never actually hear back from HR. When I had to stop working for 3 months due to a work relates injury, HR never reached out to the 3rd party about me not being able to work so I was not receiving any workers comp the entire time, even after trying to contact HR and the workers comp agent various times, I got no response. If you are I'm kitchen there is no potential growth and the managers will not vouch for you, they will put you down and say they will set you up for failure if you do want to move up in the company
