      - Worst Management ever - Management play the worst politics ever - Hire & Fire - They think they rule the world - Stakeholders are immature and let the management do whatever they want, as long as they are getting slaves with tiny bit of money - Full of toxicity and culture is getting worst day by day

      provide the salary on time.

      Cons

      The work culture is highly unprofessional, with frequent employee terminations. The department is managed by an inexperienced lead who lacks professional conduct, and there is no well-defined or standardized work process in place. No bonus and just have limited holidays. Flexible working hour is just in words not implemented.
