Pros
If you prefer working on a “good looking” office at one of the high end zones of Saltillo may fit for you. - Mayor Health Insurance is good for attending you at good private hospitals. - Activities to earn prices (only Amazon US gift cards) such as Bingo or Quinielas. - Free food at lunch time (small portion). - Competent base salary (normal compensations).
Cons
- Removed home office cuz managers need to see people working all the time. - Not following any agile methodology for software development. - COO & CTO (same person) has to be present on all the development meetings (constant pressure). - All estimations and requisites acquisition is responsibility of the Developer (so deadlines too). - Terrible soft skills from team managers. - Your Job role is not attached to your salary. This means that you can get a promotion (with more workload) but stay with the same salary and compensations. - Doesn’t care about people wellness (physical or mental). - Null career development & work with a lot of deprecated technologies. - Encourage people to quit and resign increasing the workload. - The COO inspires fear and demands a job well done the first time and quickly. - There's no risk assessment or mitigation, so emergencies often arise at any time of day (even out of work hours and weekends). - You get surrounded by unmotivated people due to the environment (no room for innovation). - All assignments due date is yesterday.
