Excellent team worker produces efficient team work

Cons

1) Micromanage Company - The director will want get involve in every task assigned to every employee 2) No appreciation on Employees hard work - Employees willing to stay back after Official working hours in order to get work done during festive season until midnight or till 2-3 am and resume to work at 9am the next morning . Last for 2 months 7 days a week including weekends 3) Refuse to fulfill agreement- Agreed by Management to replace extra hours worked to Off In Lieu instead of Overtime Pay BUT employees will have to go through criticism and sarcasm from the director before approve their Off in Lieu. 4) Empty Promises - Using bonus as an excuse and promised every employees that they will get their bonus after the end of the festive season "SO YOU MUST WORK HARD NOW " but nothing was fulfilled . 5) Unfair Treatment - Full Timer was ill treated . The Boss treated part timer better than the Full timer - Eg PT staff gets commissions and FT staff do not get anything in return despite all the hard work done 6) Irrelevant Job Scope Multi Tasking - a HR will need to cover Logistics , Admin , Accounting and Marketing Job Scope 7) Pointing Finger ( Blaming ) - As the SG Management will need to perform in order to get recognize by the HQ in Malaysia , Blaming and pointing finger at other employees if work is not done or perform in the way they wanted 8) Violating Rules - Always request to not Follow the government rules . Keep trying to find any loop hole to avoid being caught 9)Dishonesty - a very Dishonest Management who keeps giving empty promises in order to get things done but when comes to fulfillment ,many excuses will be given and will complain the employees with their PUA skills 10) Change of mind -Always change of mind having second thoughts on decisions made and do not give clear directions of what to do . The boss is very contradicting herself Overall the management has FAILED to manage , as of today all involved employees has left the company. A very disappointing Management

• Commitments made during hiring (offer details, benefits, policies) are frequently not honored and may be revised or denied later • Heavy reliance on verbal agreements, with reluctance to provide written confirmation or formal sign-off • Overtime expectations are excessive (including weekends), but compensation and time-off recovery are inconsistent and often discouraged • Contradictory practices regarding time-off — employees are questioned for accumulating it, yet face resistance when attempting to utilize it • Unsustainable workload, especially during peak periods (late nights up to 1–2am followed by early reporting the next day) • Constant shifts in direction with little execution; emphasis on high-level goals without tangible progress • Micromanagement and a low-trust environment, including intrusive monitoring practices • Employees are expected to handle multiple roles simultaneously, yet are still evaluated as underperforming • Systems and processes are introduced but not properly followed, leading to repeated inefficiencies • Serious concerns around administrative and compliance handling, which at times may expose employees to unnecessary risk • Lack of recognition or appreciation, even when employees go beyond expectations
