Pros
Decent location and free parking
Cons
The leadership (top to bottom) could easily be defined by an ego-driven, low-EQ approach that prioritizes control over clarity. While the company leaders consider themselves "faith-driven," there is a significant disconnect between their values and the daily operational reality, which is often displayed by a lack of moral clarity and cultural integrity as well as a disregard for employee well-being. This is not a culture that's built on trust, it is managed through insecurity, fear and stifling. The most recent systemic failure has been the rapid turnover of about 25% of their workforce, which they're trying to navigate quietly. Their reposted and recycled job postings that have stayed open for over a year at times are a telling story. It's not growth, it's stagnation. Rather than engaging in the self-reflection required to fix the gaps, leadership continues to double down on their reactionary tactics and optics to mask their on-going, deep-seated hiring challenges and retention issues.
