1.Nothing in a postive way 2. If you are more considered about huge salary you can join. 3. But , ready to take all torture and unnecessary works.
Cons
1. A goonda college , it's not even a university to be considered. 2. They will give you salary on time but at the same time torture and harrasment will be equal to that. 3. They don't know how to handle academics and they won't follow correct formats , it will be changing from time to time. 4. If you are from other states, ready to face all discrimination and Harrasment. even their own people whoever are honest will also face this. 5. They will tell you to complete unnecessary certifications , which is not even your domain.. and they people who are locals they will complete the certifications with all means of fraudulent activities, and they wil get incentives for that also. 6. There will be allied branches also, but unfit to operate 7. and if you are working , they will somehow make you come down by harassing . 8. And atlast , students are the worst , whatever you teach them they won't even understand and many doesn't understand basic English also. and laptops are allowed for students even during practical time, which is not followed in the whole country.they will watch films and you can't even question them.many will be rich , where they will get support from higher authorities also , like HoD etc. so you can't even complain them. In other words, if you want a peaceful mind and good working culture , pls don't join here. but if you are more considered about salary and money, join here
